Wall  of  Honor

Over the last thirty years, Wings Across America has thrived because of the gifts and blessings we have received. We have stretched every precious dollar by building lasting relationships and in-kind partnerships. Baylor University has been central to our success, establishing and maintaining our gift accounts and providing steadfast technical support through the years.

From the very beginning, we made the decision never to ask the WASP themselves to help fund our project. My mother, WASP Deanie Parrish, was firm on this point.  She said, ‘The WASP already paid the price.  We shouldn’t ask them to pay anything else.”  Even so, many gave generously, and we remain deeply grateful for every gift—from a $5 check lovingly sent by a WASP to the extraordinary "Above and Beyond" gifts that arrived when we least expected them. Several of the largest donations came from WASP we were not able to interview.  We have also been blessed with several small grants that helped move our mission forward.

Just as meaningful have been the individual contributions made in honor or in memory of a WASP, family member, or treasured friend. Every gift, regardless of its size, has been a treasure entrusted to our care. We have considered it both a privilege and a responsibility to serve as faithful stewards of the generosity and trust of our donors.

THANK YOU ALL for believing in the mission and for helping Wings Across America FLY!
